ข้อกำหนดและนโยบาย Partigo

PARTIGO TERMS OF SERVICE Effective Date: 22 September 2026 Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your use of the Partigo application, related pages operated for the service, booking flow, invitation flow, influencer tools, payment flow, customer support channels, and keep-card features. By creating an account, browsing the service, joining a waitlist, registering for the influencer pool, buying a team ticket, paying for an access pass, accepting an invitation, or using a keep card, you agree to these Terms. These Terms are written to reflect how the service operates in practice. If a specific event page, campaign notice, venue notice, or booking screen states additional conditions, those additional conditions also apply to the relevant transaction. 1. SERVICE SCOPE Partigo is a digital coordination platform that helps users discover venues, request reservations, manage access-pass purchases, receive or accept invitations, register for influencer opportunities, and review keep-card balances with participating third-party venues. Unless a venue page clearly says otherwise, Partigo is not the owner, operator, or on-site manager of the venue itself. Venue staffing, physical seating, bottle inventory, admission control, event operation, and table assignment remain under the venue's authority. 2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS You may use Partigo only if you are legally allowed to access the relevant nightlife service. For general nightlife use in Thailand, users are expected to be at least 20 years old, and certain venues may require a higher minimum age or additional screening. You must register with accurate information and keep it current. You may not create an account using another person's identity, submit misleading profile data, or allow another person to control your account in a way that misrepresents who is using the service. You are responsible for your password, device security, one-time codes, linked social accounts, and all activity conducted under your login unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access. 3. VENUE ENTRY, IDENTITY, AND FINAL ADMISSION Partigo may display a booking, invitation, or access product as confirmed, but final admission always remains subject to venue rules, venue capacity, safety checks, ID verification, dress code, behavior review, and on-site management discretion. The venue or Partigo may ask for a passport, national ID, driver's license, or another document reasonably accepted for the relevant service. If you cannot complete identity verification when required, the venue may refuse entry or withhold service. 4. BOOKINGS, INVENTORY, AND TEMPORARY LOCKS When you select a table, slot, invitation acceptance flow, or other limited inventory in the app, Partigo may temporarily lock that inventory while payment or confirmation is in progress. During the lock, the same inventory may be hidden or unavailable to other users. If the required action is not completed within the payment or confirmation window shown in the app, the temporary lock may expire automatically and the inventory may return to general availability. To preserve fairness and prevent repeated blocking, the service may apply a cooldown, re-entry delay, or temporary re-booking restriction to the same user after a timed-out session or repeated non-completion. The app may show those restrictions in real time, but the existence of a timer or indicator is not the only way the rule may be enforced. 5. LATE BOOKING AND ARRIVAL DEADLINES Certain reservations may be marked in the app as late booking, late access, night-of booking, or another similar status. Where the app displays a late-booking message, the reservation is time-sensitive and may be tied to a business-date rule, next-day arrival window, or a separate deadline specific to that venue or event. If the app shows that a late booking is valid only until a stated deadline, including an overnight or next-day deadline, you must complete payment, arrival, and any required check-in step before that deadline. Failure to do so may result in expiry without refund. 6. VENUE RESERVATION DEPOSITS AND ON-SITE CREDIT Payments for venue reservations through Partigo are reservation deposits for services provided at the physical venue. Access Pass and Priority Table Access, where used as reservation labels, refer to that venue reservation and are not purchases of in-app digital goods or app functionality. The reservation deposit actually paid through Partigo is credited by the venue against the guest's on-site bill for the same reservation. A reservation with no deposit paid does not by itself create a cash credit against on-site spending. Partigo facilitates the reservation and earns a reservation service commission. The venue provides the on-site service; Partigo does not sell or deliver alcohol. Cancellation, refund eligibility, and refund processing remain subject to Section 12 and the applicable booking conditions. 7. INVITATIONS, EXPIRATION, AND INVITED BOOKINGS Venue operators may send invitations through Partigo to selected users, including influencer invitations, invited bookings, or club-issued access opportunities. An invitation does not remain open forever. It must be accepted, paid, or completed within the window shown in the app. Once an invitation expires, it can no longer be used for payment or entry, even if the user saw the invitation earlier or intended to come later. The venue may choose to issue a new invitation, but it has no obligation to do so. 8. TEAM TICKETS, INFLUENCER POOL, AND WAITLISTS Team tickets are intended for users who want to secure attendance with their group in advance. The person who places the booking remains responsible for the guest group information submitted, the arrival of the group, and compliance with any guest-count condition attached to the booking. Influencer pool registration, invite waitlist registration, and similar features are expressions of availability and interest only. They do not guarantee approval, selection, invitation, support, matching, or a minimum level of venue treatment. Venues may consider profile quality, attendance history, no-show history, prior communication, follower range, content fit, club preference, guest list quality, and operational needs when reviewing an influencer or waitlist request. Club reservations normally open 14 days ahead. Specifically opened club dates may be booked earlier. Concerts and festivals are available at most three calendar months ahead and only on configured event dates when supplied. Closed dates and venue availability still apply. Influencer applications open seven days before the visit date and close at 18:00 on the visit date. Every companion must accept through their own account before selection and before that deadline. Up to three applications to different clubs are allowed per participant/date; duplicate applications to the same club/date are not allowed, including a different team leader. When a club selects a team, other pending applications for its participants on that date are cancelled automatically. Cancelled applications are not automatically restored if payment expires. For future visits, team selection sends a payment request immediately. Payment is due within 24 hours of the request and never later than 20:40 on the visit date or an earlier venue deadline. For same-day applications, selection is announced at 18:00 and payment must complete before 20:40. Start a new QR at least 10 minutes before the payment deadline. Payment received at or after expiry does not confirm a booking and requires refund or recovery review. Pool invitations may be sent at any time for future visits up to seven days ahead, with the same 24-hour payment rule and visit-day ceiling. Same-day pool invitations are available from 19:00 through 20:30, with payment before 20:40. All times are Bangkok time. Pool registration does not guarantee an invitation. The payment deadline is always at least 30 minutes before the venue’s required arrival time. An earlier venue deadline also shortens the invitation and new-QR window; the exact deadline displayed on the booking applies. 9. CLUB SUPPORT, INCENTIVES, AND CONDITIONAL BENEFITS Amounts shown in the app as club support, influencer support, access benefits, pass values, or similar incentives are conditional. They may depend on event date, venue decision, arrival timing, profile standing, guest count, completion of required actions, and continued eligibility. If a booking is materially changed, the guest count is not met, the user violates the rules, or the venue reports a valid operational issue, Partigo or the venue may revise, reduce, withhold, or cancel the related support or benefit. 10. POINTS, COUPONS, CREDITS, AND PRICING RULES Points, coupons, and promotional credits offered in the app are service benefits, not cash. They may be subject to expiration, category limits, one-time use rules, combinability rules, user-level eligibility, or minimum payable amount rules. The app may require point use in fixed increments, may limit the maximum amount of points that can be applied to a transaction, and may reject a checkout if the remaining payable amount would become zero where the product requires a non-zero payment. Displayed prices may change if the selected date changes, the product type changes, a lock expires, a promotion ends, or venue inventory is updated before checkout is completed. 11. PAYMENTS, PROCESSORS, TAX, AND FAILED TRANSACTIONS You must use a payment method that you are authorized to use. Partigo may rely on external payment processors, bank channels, QR rails, or other service providers to complete a transaction, and final settlement may depend on their systems as well as ours. If a transaction is declined, interrupted, reversed, duplicated, flagged for fraud review, or later challenged through a chargeback or dispute, Partigo may place the related booking or benefit on hold while the issue is reviewed. Where tax invoices, receipts, or processor references are available, they may be issued by the relevant payment channel, venue, or service operator depending on the transaction structure. 12. CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS, AND REFUNDS Paid table bookings, access passes, invited bookings, and influencer booking payments are time-sensitive and inventory-sensitive. The following refund rules apply unless a specific event page or booking screen gives the user a more generous rule. Free influencer applications do not create a payment and therefore do not require a refund if the user is not selected, a companion does not confirm, the application expires, or the venue does not approve the request. Once a selected influencer pays the access pass, the paid access pass is treated as an influencer booking payment under these refund rules. User cancellation: the refund cutoff is fixed at 72 hours before the arrival or check-in deadline recorded for the current booking. Cancellation at or before that cutoff receives a full refund of the amount actually paid through Partigo. If less than 72 hours remain when payment is made, a later voluntary cancellation is not refundable. If the booking date is changed, the cutoff is recalculated from the new arrival deadline; changing only the table on the same date does not change it. Venue settings cannot change the 72-hour period. Venue-side cancellation and verified payment or platform errors remain subject to the separate exceptions below. Late cancellation, no-show, late arrival, incomplete check-in, expired invitation, or failure to satisfy a booking condition is not refundable, unless Partigo confirms that a platform error, processor fault, or venue-side issue caused the user to lose access. Where the app marks a user cancellation as not refundable, confirming that cancellation ends the booking and does not create a refund request. This does not limit the exceptions stated in these Terms. Venue-side cancellation: if the venue, club, or Partigo cancels the booking, closes the venue, suspends operation for the relevant date, rejects an already paid request, or otherwise makes the purchased access impossible to use, Partigo will provide a full refund or, where the user agrees, an equivalent restoration or rebooking option. For a venue-side cancellation, Partigo will notify the user of the cancellation and refund review status. A request or provider ticket is not confirmation that money has been returned. For Jaidee card and QR payments, an operator submits an approved refund to the Jaidee team and records the actual settlement evidence. The booking history shows refund completion only after that evidence is verified. This workflow does not reduce the refund rights above. Confirmed duplicate payment, payment processor fault, confirmed payment success where the booking was not created, or another verified Partigo system error will be refunded, restored, or manually corrected after verification. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where the payment provider supports it. Partigo will normally review a complete refund request within 3 business days, submit an approved refund or void instruction within 5 business days after approval, and expects the refund to appear within 7 to 15 business days after approval depending on the bank, card issuer, payment channel, and settlement status. Refunds cover only the amount actually paid through Partigo. Points, coupons, promotional credits, and Keep Card reservations may be restored instead of paid out as cash. Partigo does not provide cash refunds for card, QR, or bank-channel payments except where the payment provider or applicable law requires a different method. 13. KEEP CARDS, REDEMPTION, AND TRANSFER RULES Keep cards are digital records that help track stored bottle or stored item rights with participating venues. A keep card does not by itself guarantee unlimited stock, indefinite validity, transferability, or redemption at any time the user chooses. The app may display proof images, balance, expiry, transfer limits, or one-time-use restrictions. You are responsible for checking those details before transfer or redemption. Some cards may require identity verification of the original holder or of the approved recipient. If a keep card is redeemed, transferred, exhausted, expired, revoked for valid cause, or rejected because venue records do not match the account claim, Partigo may limit the card from further use while the matter is investigated. 14. USER CONDUCT AND CONTENT You may not manipulate timers, automate booking behavior, scrape data, spam venues, harass staff, submit false guest information, upload misleading evidence, abuse promotions, or use the app in a manner that creates unfair advantage or operational risk. If you submit photos, profile materials, social links, guest details, or support evidence, you represent that you have the right to submit that material and that it does not violate another person's rights or any law. 15. SUSPENSION, ENFORCEMENT, AND APPEALS Partigo may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service where there is repeated no-show behavior, payment abuse, account fraud, promotion abuse, venue complaints, safety concerns, false identity use, or other material breach of these Terms. Where the service provides an appeal or review channel, you may use that channel to explain the situation and provide supporting information. Opening an appeal does not automatically restore the suspended feature or booking. 16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, LINKS, AND VENUE SYSTEMS Partigo may connect with third-party payment providers, map services, cloud services, messaging tools, analytics tools, or venue-operated systems. We are not responsible for the separate terms, privacy practices, or outages of those third-party services. If a venue uses its own door list, POS, check-in system, or inventory system, the venue's records may be used to verify what happened on site. 17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND APP USE The Partigo app, its user interface, underlying code, text, service marks, graphics, and service design remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the app only for its intended personal or internal business use in connection with the service. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract, republish, or commercially exploit the app or its protected content except where applicable law clearly permits it. 18. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partigo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunity, lost enjoyment, venue refusal, social or commercial loss, or interruption caused by third-party systems. Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it will be limited to the amount you paid to Partigo for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, except where a different standard is required by mandatory law. 19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, venue-integration changes, security needs, or operational improvements. The updated version will be posted in the app with a revised effective date. If you continue to use the service after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. 20. CONTACT If you have questions about these Terms, a billing issue, a booking dispute, or a venue-related complaint connected to the service, please contact: Partigo Support Team Official in-app support channel: Customer Center > 1:1 Inquiry Official support email: lavie@rizzent.com Service reference name: Partigo Operating reference location: Bangkok, Thailand To help us review a booking or billing issue quickly, please include the booking ID, venue name, booking date, payment reference if available, and a short description of what happened. If you are reporting a cancellation, invitation expiry, duplicate charge, refund request, or venue-entry dispute, please say that clearly in the first message so the request can be routed correctly. Booking or chat disputes should be reported within 7 days of the incident. Booking chat records are retained for at least one year (365 days) on the basis described in section 12 of the Privacy Policy, with longer retention while related processes or applicable holds remain unresolved. Prompt reporting still helps us preserve and verify the relevant evidence. We may ask for reasonable identity or transaction verification before releasing account details, changing a booking record, or discussing information that belongs to another person. For urgent on-site safety issues, immediate entry disputes, or venue emergencies, you should also contact the venue directly or seek local assistance without waiting for an in-app response. --- PARTIGO PRIVACY POLICY Effective Date: 13 August 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how Partigo collects, uses, stores, shares, retains, and protects personal data in connection with the Partigo app, booking features, influencer tools, invitations, payment flow, keep-card functions, customer support, and related operational systems. We wrote this policy to describe how the service works in practice. Some venue-side processes are controlled by participating venues, so their own policies may also apply when they receive or use information for on-site operations. 1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA HANDLING For data processed inside the Partigo platform, Partigo acts as the service operator responsible for deciding why and how account, booking, support, and internal operational data are processed. When venue staff receive guest names, attendance details, invitation status, bottle records, or other information needed to serve a booking or a keep card, that venue may separately control how it uses those records within its own lawful operations. 2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT We may collect and generate the following categories of personal data: - Account and profile information such as name, nickname, phone number, email address, gender information, nationality, language preference, social handle, year of birth or date of birth, profile image, and preferred venues. - Booking information such as selected venue, event date, table or slot type, arrival deadline, booking status, invitation status, late-booking status, payment timer, cooldown rule, cancellation reason, expiry status, and no-show indicator. - Influencer information such as grade, follower range, preferred clubs, pool registration dates, guest count, application history, invitation response history, attendance quality, support history, and uploaded supporting materials. - Payment and transaction information such as payment channel, processor reference, amount, currency, capture status, refund review notes, dispute flags, anti-fraud indicators, and transaction timestamps. We do not intentionally store full raw card numbers or card security codes in our own application database. - Keep-card information such as item label, proof image, stored balance, transfer record, redemption record, recipient record, expiry, and venue verification notes. - Device, technical, and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, session timestamps, push token, crash logs, error logs, and activity events generated while using the service. - Communication and support information such as chat logs, customer-service submissions, screenshots, issue reports, appeal content, and outcome notes. 3. HOW WE RECEIVE PERSONAL DATA We receive data directly from you when you register, edit your profile, complete a booking, submit guest details, upload proof, message support, or use keep-card features. We also receive data automatically from your device and app usage, from payment service providers, from venues involved in bookings or check-ins, and from authorized internal review by staff who manage risk, support, or venue operations. If you provide information about friends, guests, or recipients, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to provide that information and for ensuring that it is reasonably accurate. 4. WHY WE USE PERSONAL DATA We use personal data to operate the service, perform bookings, manage invitations, deliver keep-card records, process payments, provide customer support, review disputes, improve reliability, reduce abuse, and comply with legal obligations. In particular, we may use data to: - create and manage user accounts; - determine eligibility for bookings, invitations, influencer opportunities, and support programs; - enforce reservation locks, timer windows, expiry rules, and anti-abuse cooldowns; - verify attendance, arrival timing, and no-show outcomes; - maintain transaction records, handle refund reviews, and respond to chargeback or fraud claims; - communicate service notices, alerts, invitation updates, and support replies; - analyze service quality, diagnose errors, and improve features; - meet legal, tax, accounting, safety, and recordkeeping obligations. 5. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING Depending on the situation and the law that applies, we may process personal data because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service, because we must comply with a legal obligation, or because you have given consent. Examples include contractual necessity for booking management, legitimate interests for risk review and service reliability, legal obligation for tax and accounting records, and consent for certain optional communications where required by law. 6. BOOKING, VENUE, AND ATTENDANCE OPERATIONS To make reservations work in practice, we may share relevant user and booking data with the venue or venue staff responsible for guest list management, table handling, identity checks, arrival validation, invitation handling, no-show review, or keep-card verification. This may include guest names, phone number, profile status, booking status, arrival deadline, table details, invitation status, and records needed to determine whether a booking was used, expired, or violated venue conditions. 7. INFLUENCER DATA AND MEDIA MATERIALS If you use influencer features, we may process information about your profile quality, grade, follower range, preferred clubs, uploaded screenshots, invitation responses, group composition, and attendance history to operate the pool and invitation system. Where a venue reviews influencer applications, Partigo may present only the information reasonably needed for that review, such as nickname, profile photo, follower range, grade, support history, no-show history, preferred clubs, and relevant notes. 8. PAYMENTS, FINANCIAL DATA, AND FRAUD PREVENTION Payments are processed through external channels or providers. Partigo normally receives confirmation, status, and reference information rather than storing full raw payment credentials. We may use transaction data, device signals, session data, timing patterns, reversal history, and account behavior to detect duplicate payments, suspicious activity, abusive refund patterns, or attempts to manipulate limited inventory. 9. CUSTOMER SERVICE, APPEALS, AND COMMUNICATION RECORDS When you contact support or file an appeal, we may keep the details of your report, screenshots, attachments, follow-up discussion, internal review notes, and the final resolution for service quality, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes. We may send transactional messages, support updates, invitation notices, booking reminders, risk notices, and policy notices that are necessary for the service. Optional marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent rules. 10. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE We may disclose relevant information to: - venues and venue staff that need the information to provide the requested reservation, entry flow, invitation handling, or keep-card service; - payment processors, banking channels, cloud providers, notification services, storage services, analytics providers, fraud-prevention vendors, and support tools acting on our instructions; - professional advisers, auditors, insurers, regulators, courts, or authorities where necessary to protect legal rights or comply with legal duties. We do not sell personal data in the ordinary sense of selling customer lists as a retail data product. 11. INTERNATIONAL OR CROSS-BORDER PROCESSING Some service providers that help us operate the app may process data outside Thailand. Where cross-border processing occurs, we take reasonable steps to require appropriate safeguards, vendor review, access controls, and contractual protections. 12. DATA RETENTION We collect and keep personal data only for operating, securing, supporting, and legally administering the service for the purposes described in this policy. We do not keep it indefinitely merely because it may be useful. Retention may continue only where it remains necessary for those purposes, for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or to comply with law. Typical examples include: - account and profile data while the account is open. When account closure is confirmed, access is disabled and the profile is removed from ordinary service use and discovery. To preserve evidence of the account and its activity in case of a later complaint, chargeback, fraud investigation, or legal dispute, a closure-time snapshot of the account, profile, consent, booking, support, security, and audit context may be moved to a restricted archive and normally kept for 5 years after closure. It is not used for advertising, recommendations, or ordinary service operation; - booking, receipt, payment-reference, refund, and transaction records normally for 5 years from the relevant tax filing, report, receipt, or transaction record, and up to 7 years where the Thai Revenue Department or another applicable rule requires or orders a longer period; - support, appeal, fraud, security, chargeback, and dispute records while the matter is open and afterward only for the period reasonably needed to document the outcome or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. If a complaint, investigation, audit, or dispute is pending when a normal retention period expires, the relevant archive is placed on a documented legal hold and retained only until that matter and the applicable claim period are resolved; - booking chat messages and related chat metadata for at least one year (365 days) from the latest relevant record creation, chat activity, booked visit, booking completion or cancellation, refund, or benefit-restoration or forfeiture date. This is our ordinary service evidence-retention period, not a claim that the law requires one year for every chat. Deletion is deferred while a related cancellation, refund, or benefit-restoration process remains unresolved, relevant dates require verification, or an evidence-preservation, security, accounting, legal, or active-dispute hold applies. Reaching the minimum period does not cause immediate automatic deletion; records become eligible for retention review and controlled cleanup only after the applicable periods and holds have ended; - technical logs only for the limited period needed to diagnose incidents, enforce security, and maintain reliability, after which they are deleted or de-identified unless subject to a documented legal or security hold. Account closure therefore does not mean that every record is erased immediately. It means that ordinary account access and use stop and a closure-time evidence snapshot may remain in a restricted archive for the periods above. Archived data is limited to dispute, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, audit, and legal-compliance purposes; it is access-restricted and may not be restored for ordinary product use or marketing. It is deleted or irreversibly de-identified when the applicable retention purpose and period end, unless a documented legal hold still applies. We maintain a review process for records that reach the end of their retention period. 13. SECURITY MEASURES We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or disclosure. These may include role-based access, internal permissions, vendor review, secured environments, authentication barriers, activity logging, and operational review. No app or internet-connected system is completely free from risk. If we identify a material security incident, we will respond in line with applicable law and our internal response process. 14. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES Depending on applicable law and subject to legal limitations, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction, request deletion, object to some processing, request restriction, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, or request a copy of certain data. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Some requests may be denied or limited where the law permits, where another person's rights are affected, or where we must retain the information for legal or operational reasons. 15. CHILDREN AND AGE-RESTRICTED SERVICES Partigo is not intended for children and is not designed for users who are below the legal age for the nightlife or alcohol-related use case involved. If we reasonably believe an account belongs to an underage user, we may restrict or remove the account and related data where appropriate. 16. POLICY CHANGES We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal developments, service changes, venue-integration changes, product updates, or security improvements. The most recent version will be posted in the service together with the revised effective date. 17. CONTACT, REQUESTS, AND COMPLAINTS If you have privacy questions, want to exercise a right, or wish to make a complaint about data handling, please contact: Partigo Privacy Contact Primary in-app channel: Customer Center > 1:1 Inquiry Privacy email: lavie@rizzent.com Service reference name: Partigo Operating reference location: Bangkok, Thailand If you are making a privacy request, please tell us which right you want to exercise, such as access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, objection, complaint, or marketing opt-out. To protect account security, we may request enough information to confirm that the request is being made by the account holder or a properly authorized person. When writing to us, it is helpful to include the email address used for the account, the phone number or nickname associated with the account, the country where you are using the service, and the specific booking, support ticket, or transaction involved if your request relates to a particular event. This helps us locate the correct records and answer more accurately. If you remain dissatisfied after contacting us, you may also raise the matter with the relevant regulator or authority that has jurisdiction over your complaint.
