What To Include

Your account email or phone number.
Club name, booking date, table name, and booking ID if available.
Payment reference, screenshot, or receipt if the issue involves payment.
A short description of what happened, including whether it is urgent on-site support or a post-event dispute.

Policies

Booking chat records are retained for up to 90 days. Booking, billing, no-show, cancellation, duplicate-payment, or venue-entry disputes should be reported within 7 days so records can be reviewed while available.
